    • Ready-To-Gift Personal Selections: Immediately* (depending stocks)
    • Personal Bespoke Concepts: Approximately 4 weeks
    • Corporate Gifting Projects: Typically 6–12 weeks from concept approval to final delivery

    This timeframe includes concept development, sourcing, production and shipping.

    We are based in Europe and work with clients internationally. Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and customs requirements.

    The delivery country shared in your inquiry helps us assess logistics accurately.

  • Before the concept or proposal is approved, a retainer is required to begin sourcing and production.

    The remaining balance is due prior to final production or dispatch, depending on the project structure.
